Psychophrenesis is a survival extraction shooter with a core emphasis on pursuit and stealth. You play as patients with phrenesis, a unique condition that causes all negative thoughts and hallucinations to transform into physical world enemies. Betrayed by your entire psych ward, who turn out to be an illegal billion dollar organ harvesting company, you must escape and evade capture in the ultimate fight for survival against society, and mental health.

To live, you’ll need to continually evade and steal from the world’s largest private corporate force, who have been tasked with the sole objective of capturing you and your fellow patients alive for organ harvesting.

Psychophrenesis takes place in a large dynamic environments that will have you evading and escaping in many different locations, from abandoned islands with lush forests, to skyscraper cities with bustling traffic. As you get stronger, so does the corporations awareness, and heists turn from small scale pursuits, to huge vehicle based chases, with helicopters, drones, spike strips, and more.
